Jacob was great, providing good advice on our sale. We originally went in looking for a different bike than the one purchased. After listening to my wife's comments, Jacob recommended a different bike and she liked the feel of the recommended bike much better. Holland's was recommended to me from a friend and I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

This is the 5th Bike I have purchased from Holland Bikes in Coronado over the last 10 years. I have dealt with Joe Ohl for all my purchases. The bikes have all been high end bikes by Specialized. I have have enjoyed working with Joe all these years and his knowlege of this high end bike maufacturer. Eric Laub

Generous return policy, in my case with respect to shoes. I was able to really try them out, and it took awhile before I realized I really couldn't live with the ones I bought. When I did return them, Jacob spent a good deal of time with me working to make sure the replacement pair wouldn't have the same problem. (Unfortunately they still do, but now I think I know why, and will be discussing that next time I come in.) Those details aside, the impression I get is that Holland's really wants me to be happy with what I buy there.

Services I requested were handled promptly. Appreciate Malcolm bringing to my attention chain was shot/need for replacing. Can't beat the convenience of dropping off my bike for service in am. Riding it out a few hours later. As well, I've never owned a nice bike. Purchased a Specialized Roll last July. Good recommendation from sales staff. Now riding 80+ miles a week. Best thing I could have done for a knee issue. Should have come in Holland's years ago!
