Kept the lines of communication open .. while I had a hard time connecting to my bank's mortgage assistant, I could get hold of Holly quickly. She may not have had the most extensive experience, but she would check quickly with others and get back to us with options or other opinions and was very transparent. Her close relationship to the sellers agent was invaluable in transmitting information.

Holly is very attentive and available. She answered all of our questions and assisted us with getting answers for our questions to the local township, health department etc. Purchasing land from 3 hours away was difficult but Holly was a great help in finding our Northern Michigan dream property! Holly Was a the Best! Selling a complicated 4th generation farm was a challenge. So many years of items and memories to pack up or get rid of. She never quit being positive. She made so many practical suggestions and was with us every step of the way. Her communication throughout was exactly what we needed.
