Eric was extremely helpful in repairing my bike. I'm new to cycling and wasn't sure what was wrong, but Eric knew exactly how to fix the issues. He was very friendly, and I appreciate that the estimate matched the actual price when I came to pick up my repaired bike. The repair was fast and the cost was very fair! I will definitely return in the future.

The maintenance crew is amazing, helped me ensure my tubeless setup was correct and helped transition my second tire. Identified the parts I had wrong, returned what I did not need and gave me instruction to follow for maintaining the new setup.

The service was exemplary. I walked into the store and within 15 minutes, JC had equipped me with the proper bike and gear to enjoy riding. I am absolutely in love with my Trek Verve. The bike was quickly assembled and ready for pick up. JC explained the key features so they were easily understood. He made it simple and easy. Just like riding a bike.

I have driven past Holmes many times but this past week was my first time stopping in. My Kryptonite U lock jammed, and the staff was extremely professional and helpful in attempting to fix the lock. Eventually it was determined the lock would have to be cut off, but the charge was. reasonable, considering a locksmith wanted an absurd amount of money to complete the same service. I am a fan of Trek cycles and they have a large selection. I definitely will be back when I am looking to get my bike serviced or make a new purchase. Thanks again for all your help!
