The Best people I wouldn’t go anywhere else

They do not pressure you into purchasing additional items. The staff is very knowledgeable; I was informed that the pedals on my bike appeared bent. However, the individual who inspected my bike noted that both pedals had the same slight tilt, which is a characteristic some bikes possess. They assured me that if it was rideable last year, it should be perfectly fine this year. I was also on crutches and wearing a brace, and they were exceptionally helpful in assisting me with getting the bike out of and into my car.

The employees are Holmes were very knowledgeable and patient about what I was looking for in a bike. Huge inventory and access to parts. World class technicians who work on a bike like it’s their bike. Very helpful with answering questions and making meaningful suggestions to improve your riding or training experience. I drive past 3 bike shops to bring my bikes to Holmes. First class experience from selecting a bike that is right for you to adding the correct accessories and if you are really wanting to improve your riding comfort and efficiency the Bike fit option is well worth the cost. Your fitment numbers are not only provided to you but maintained at the shop so the techs can be sure everything you ride is set to your numbers.

Nate was so helpful in listening to my needs and matching a bike to my preferences, including my budget. There was no pressure and he was so patient with my questions and those of my daughter :) he also helped make a kickstand for my daughter’s bike!
