Anytime I have to leave my bike for service it's always ready within the time frame I'm told it'll be ready. The products I've purchased and used have been very good quality. I also really like the way they explain things when I ask questions.

I love the Trek brand and own or have owned several different types of bikes, all Trek, to suit my varied cycling preferences. The Holmes staff is seriously knowledgeable, friendly and take the time necessary to answer questions, make a quick repair or advise on more complicated issues with an individual bike.

You guys are always willing to take our bike in right away and fix what's going on. And we are certainly novice bikers, and your team is very kind answering what are probably dumb questions. Just overall great customer service.

My teenager brought his bike in for repair. The Holmes team was able to handle the repairs while he waited, and charged a very fair price. Thanks for the quick support to get him up and biking again so quickly!

The selection is great, but the service is where the rubber meets the road. We initially came to find a bike for our 10 year old daughter. The salesman was honest and told us he would love to sell us something she would grow into but she probably wouldn’t be comfortable riding it for at least 6 months. We appreciated that honest feedback enough to come back to shop for our own adult bikes. Two Treks later, a car rack, and two bags full of accessories, we are enjoying our purchases. The low pressure, honest atmosphere is what made us come back. The willingness to educate us on options with no judgement & lots of patience is what made us pick Holmes.
