The visit was to purchase a bike helmet. Upon my wife's first visit, an employee looked across the store and said: "That's too big", but offered no other assistance. During a return visit, another employee easily spent an hour with my wife as she tried on multiple helmets in different sizes. What patience! He also provided some good pointers in determining how a helmet should fit. We were in the store past closing, and the employee showed no signs of impatience. Excellent service!
