I am NOT a cyclist and was a bit apprehensive about coming to the shop, for that reason. I have a cheap mountain bike for the sole purpose of riding bikes with my daughter on camping trips. I needed a better seat. The one that came with the bike would hurt a lot within minutes and I would have to stop. I came in, bike in tow, and Joe found a seat, put it on for me, and let me take it for a test ride. He was professional and kind and didn't make me feel silly for buying a seat the same price as my bike. And the seat - what a difference! I took the bike camping this past weekend and that was all that kid wanted to do. And I could do it with her this time! At one point, she turned around and said, "I love riding bikes with you!" I could have cried because I have never been able to last this long. Thank you so much for helping me and improving my future camping trips!
