Hi Julie - Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that you were not fully satisfied with your visit. We do have an option for a shower before or after your treatments, however we only have 1 room with a shower so it is required that you request a shower in advance to ensure the room is available at the appropriate time. Thank you for your understanding. We hope to welcome you back in the future for a rejuvenating experience!
