Everything was wonderful, from the warm welcome to the attentive care and the quality of the service. The RMT did an excellent job. I have never felt this relaxed during a massage. I will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been seeing Hilda for microneedling and she is truly amazing at what she does. She’s knowledgeable, gentle, and I’ve consistently had great results—she’s the reason I keep coming back. However, the experience with reception has been frustrating. There’s one receptionist in particular who often tells me there are no available appointments and pushes me to book much later dates. But when I call again shortly after, I’m sometimes offered earlier availability by someone else. This inconsistency makes booking unnecessarily stressful and confusing. I really value Hilda’s work, but I hope the clinic can improve communication and consistency at the front desk to match the quality of their services.

The RMTs were amazing. The extra little « coffee » at the end made our day. I was visiting my son and having this little bit of time together was great. We did have a bit of difficulty figuring out where to go inside the budding, but quickly found our way with some minor assistance. We will definitely return!!

I had booked a lymphatic drainage facial and had called in advance to ensure that it was covered by insurance. I was told yes which is why I booked it. The day of, when it was time to pay, I was told that it's not covered by insurance. I wouldn't have booked had I known that since there are other places that do offer lymphatic drainage facials with insurance coverage. Very disappointing

In reviewing your initial reservation I do see that you had requested a Lymphatic Drainage Facial with a receipt for insurance purposes. We do not have any facials or facial massages that are eligible for a receipt for insurance purposes. I can see that you were not advised of this in the exchange of communications. I would like to sincerely apologize for the error in communication in this instance. This will be addressed directly with our administrative team. I had a fantastic experience here. I had the pedicure for plantar fasciitis and it was amazing! Bri's massage targeted all of the muscles that could contribute to plantar fasciitis and Olena's Pedi was thorough and relaxing. The environment at Holtz spa was exactly what I needed, from the pleasant and welcoming reception staff to the peaceful, relaxing environment - I will be back!
