As soon as we came in, we were greeted by friendly receptionists. I did the bindi bliss with Olenna and Alicia for the hair portion. Olenna was AMAZING. She immediately made me feel comfortable. She radiated positivity and confidence in her craft. I thoroughly enjoyed my session with her. Alicia was also fantastic. She kept an easy conversation going as she blowdried my hair. Wonderful experience. Would definitely go again.
The location is great. You can park at Indigo lot in front and spend all day in the market and surroundings to make it worth your while.

The message was great, and personnel are always polite and professional, but oddly, the business is operating while the rooms and hallways are in disrepair.
I believe they're recovering from a flood, but I think they need to advise guests because walking in and seeing the establishment in this state is jarring and odd, with no prior notice. Also, in my massage room, there was a huge hole in the ceiling - not entirely convinced this is a safe environment for guests and staff at this time.

Cover gift certificates,, regardless where they come from
Don’t expect gift holders to read the fine print!

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments and feedbakc with us. We did ask at the time of booking if you were using a gift certificate from Holtz Spa or one of our Corporate Partners. You had indicated that you had a gift certificate from Holtz Spa however upon checkout you submitted a gift certificate for WaySpa. We were able to adjust your booking to be able to accept your WaySpa gift certificate. We accepted and applied the full amount but there was a balance owing. - Mandy

Everything was great. From the greeting at the front desk by the friendly receptionist Kiera. The staff really takes care of us offering drinks and making sure we're satisfied every step of the way. Hilda, Bahar & Sarah were friendly, professional and offered excellent service. I'm looking forward to my next visit. 😊

A few things to mention why I wouldn’t choose Holtz. Room was cold, my table was wobbly, the door doesn’t close well and the massage techniques were not smooth at all.

The relaxation and results of the facial. Jolene is back and made the difference. I even bought 3 products because she was able to explain what they do for me.
The only problem was getting in. There was an unconscious man lying in front of the door. I am a nurse so assessed and he was ok to get up an go. But the spa and fiorella buttons did not get the door open. No one responded. A customer with code happened by.

My experience was less than enjoyable. I booked waxing (leg, underarm Brazilian) followed by a body scrub and massage.
My treatments were done in reverse, the spa was under construction due to a fire, the provider for waxing was nice however i have never had such a terrible experience between many areas missed and the most painful treatment. The scrub and massage was less than desirable laying on cold plastic, in a cold room, being left in a shower, not having a massage rather oil being rubbed on me and then to move on to the waxing.
