I like the communication chain at Home Instead. I am quickly notified when needed. I also feel listened to when calling Home Instead.

Headquarters (Lisa) is responsive and professional. Aide Jolene does a fine job of putting up with the client’s idiosyncrasies, and proves her with valuable support. The geriatric care manager speaks highly of Jolene’s capabilities. We’re quite satisfied with Home Instead.
Zack has been with us now 2 weeks. My father feels very comfortable around him and loves to tell Zach all his stories. Zack is learning how to please my mother which is not an easy task. I know that as time goes by she too will warm up to him.
For me it’s freedom to run errands and to have time to have lunch with friends. Because he is helping my mother with her list of chores, I now have time to get the things I need to do around my house.
It’s been wonderful having him here.
Excellent service from the office (phone calls, heads up, billing, scheduling); TWO top quality providers to help with caring for my 99 year old Mother in our home. They both get along extremely well with Mom and my wife and I. They are both friendly, outgoing, and fun.
