So far we have had a great experience. From the first phone call, to the initial evaluation visit and to the quick assignment of a caregiver, everyone at HomeInstead has been professional and compassionate. My 94 year old father was extremely reluctant to the idea of having a caregiver in his home however after the first visit he had a complete change of heart. He now looks forward to her visits and is disappointed when it is not her day to visit. She has been so kind and respectful to him and most of all she has made him feel she cares about him. We are truly grateful.

The staff knows what they are doing both in the home and at the office. Office is extremely accessible. I get answers right away - even when office is closed. All care givers have been wonderful.

When my mom was alive, I needed someone to be with my mom while me and my husband were at work. My aunt found Home Instead, everyone was so nice to me and my mom. The ladies that came over to sit with my mom were fantastic and so understanding even though my mom was very difficult at times. They eased my mind when I was at work or when I was running my errands. Thanks so much you all for helping us

Care-giver is everything one could hope for. Kind, considerate, truly cares. She is alert and pays close attention to her charge.

We are thrilled with our caregiver. She not only cares for my wife which I expect. She shows that it is more than a job, CAREGIVER truly fits all her actions. This is especially true when my wife has a bad day, she struggles eating due to tremors, our Caregiver quietly helps her without a word. I made the right decision when I selected Home Instead.
