I hired Home Instead for my father who required additional in-home care. The team they have working there is very caring and attentive. My father doesn't live in the same city and with Home Instead I can be assured he is being cared for with personal needs as well as companionship. The Home Instead team is very engaged and keeps me up to date on all aspects of the care process and are very patient with any situation. Thank you!

My father wants to live on his own in his apartment for as long as possible and because family members live a distance away this was a great solution to our needs but also our fathers. The caregivers are great and do everything that needs to be done for him. I am able to email my concerns and get a response almost immediately and we address the issues at hand. i am very pleased with Home Instead.

The care coordinator that I worked with was beyond excellent. She listened, watched, communicated and assessed our specific needs. She then adjusted care in response to the patient’s changing needs. Patients all have their specific needs and require different approaches and different care givers to optimally meet the need. A cookie cutter approach does not work and Home Instead seems understand this. The PSW’s have been very supportive and understand the vulnerability of a patient with dementia. I have some peace of mind knowing that when the PSW is there that mom is receiving the care she needs and will accept.

The staff are all very competent, caring and kind. We can walk out the door and not worry about my Mom; we know she's receiving excellent care. It provides us with quality time away from daily caregiving, and makes us better caregivers as a result. We appreciate the prompt and efficient response to all of our requests; Oleg and the booking staff are always very pleasant and helpful. We would recommend Home Instead to anyone needing respite care; we've been receiving care for 4 years, and are very grateful for the wonderful, caring service provided.
