Our regular health aid knows how to deal with Alzheimer's patients and works very well with my mother. She is always accommodating. When we had to change her appointment time, there was never a problem.
I contacted the client care lead person about a staffing problem and she responded positively and told me the problem would be corrected. I was very disappointed that that a caregiver of ours had be removed from our schedule and I was assured that the caregiver had been put back on our schedule for Sunday. I appreciate her response to our needs.
My mom is happy with her care giver after finally settling down to the same person daily. The ladies in scheduling have been great as well as the supervisor. I really appreciate the over service and care for my mother.
I like the ladies who stay with my Aunt and that we have a routine established. My Aunt stresses over if someone is not there and a replacement comes in. I'm so glad the ladies love their job and only miss occasionally.
I want to be notified when a replacement is sent to my Aunt's house.
The personal that have come to our home to visit (as I call it), where very nice and very caring to my husband. They listen and follow the items that just address his care while I am gone.
I will continue to use them in the future.
