Home Instead always has the upmost consideration for the patient's wellness/health. The one complaint that I have is by the time we receive the bill/invoice in the mail it is either due the next day or within 2 days. The last billing had taken 2 days from invoice date to the postage stamp date, then it takes 5 - 6 days from the post office to delivery to us. We will write the check out and return the next day, so you are receiving our check 2 - 3 days past the due date. The 10 day billing cycle is not long enough. Could Home Instead extend this cycle to 14 days?
The caregiver assigned to us is an efficient, sweet person who is able to anticipate my husband's needs even before he asks. I feel entirely comfortable leaving home to run errands, shop, or just have a little free time with friends and/or family. I come home knowing I will find things in "good order" and my husband happy with the care he has received. I, in turn, have a refreshed mind and renewed energy because of a break from the daily routine of constant care-giving.
