I have 3 excellent caregivers. They are kind and helpful and usually see things that need to be done before I see it myself. They are good companions and since I’m alone now I need that.
Sometimes the office staff are a little unkind or “short” to and with my helpers and that makes me sad. Overall things are ok.
I think you care about your clients you call to ask them about their nurse aides you helped me in a time I needed helped with the client at a time when you normally would not be there thanks for your help
We've had 5 regular caregivers for my wife over the last 12 years. All of them have been wonderful, caring, compassionate people who have gone over and above the requirements of care. They have bonded well with my wife and nurtured her. They treat her as a person and have fun with her. They lift her spirits every day.
Everyone goes above and beyond caring for my father. He can be quite a handful and the majority of the care givers really understand this is the dementia and not him. It has to be an incredibly difficult position; one I'm so grateful they handle so well. I would definitely recommend Home Instead to everyone!
