Friendly, competent, caring

My caregivers really care about me...they always ask how I'm doing, and listen to my answer. All of them learned where the critical things (food!) were in my house within their first visit. I can't remember whether any of my caregivers was late, but it was a rare occurrence. The most amazing and welcome experience for me was that, without exception, the caregivers listened to my stories with interest! I doubt that my stories are that interesting, but they treated them as such!

Personnel is very friendly.

Very nice caretakers and entire staff is helpful to accommodate our needs.

Office staff seems to be very consciences and caregivers are generally adequate along with a few very good ones.

They were persistent when it came to convincing my father-in-law, who initially refused their service. A second visit and follow-up got him to accept some help.

Caregivers are all good and helpful. Staff communicate.

This agency is extremely professional. The manager ensures that there is an excellent fit between the patient and the caregiver. The caregivers are very kind, intelligent and make themselves useful in every way, whether it's cleaning the house , making food or helping a patient on a project. I have been raving to friends and colleagues about how caring and completely efficient this agency is. I would highly recommend it to others., [NAME REMOVED]

Home Instead is a group dedicated to making sure that one's elderly parents are properly cared for. No matter when I have called, someone gets back to me within minutes, and makes whatever I need happen. The answer is always "yes, we can do that." I cannot recommend this organization highly enough. The people who run it are compassionate and efficient--qualities that do no usually go together.

Having a pleasant companion to spend some leisure time with.

Sharon Sanchez is an incredible caregiver. She cares for [NAME REMOVED] as a family member, not just as a job.
