The Home Team Inspection Service company is great to work with. Their report is very detailed, thorough with photos, and easy to understand. The first time, they did the inspection, there are a few problems related to electrical, heating, and plumbing systems so Mr.Jon Helton immediately made me aware of these issues before the closing. In addition, he was kind enough to come back and make sure those problems were fixed before the closing without extra charge. I live in Boston and purchased this rental property in Ohio so needless to say, I rely on my broker and the inspector for all crucial information in order to help me with my decision making. That said, I don't hesitate in recommending this company and his services.
