We weren't at the inspection because we live out of state but our agent was present and the team reports sent to us with pictures and good explanations seemed very accurate and complete. My agent assured us that she spoke directly to the team during the inspection and they were able to communicate with her what they were finding. I believe as of now that the team has given us a good picture of items we should be concerned with.

Denny inspected our hour 90+ year old house for our buyers and his common sense approach sold me to have him inspect our house. Denny is very detailed and tells the truth of what a home really needs and what is expected in the homes future.
I would recommend him for any home inspection and recommend him for any future work or friends/family in the market.

The inspector was very thorough and knowledgeable about all aspects of the homes, and he shared that knowledge with us to be more successful homeowners.
