Well, organize exercise program with many options to choose to meet your individual needs. Instructors are excellent and very motivated to give you the exercise you need. Staff is friendly and courteous and always helpful. The facility is top-notch and is kept clean and well maintained.

Access to your facility is easy and safe. We have utilized the raquetball court, upstaris track, pools, and exercise equipment. As seniors we appreciate the clean environment and safety at the Y. Our grandkids are menbers in other states and were welcome here when they visited. I would recommend the Y to all.
