I had never been in the shop before, but I took my bike in for repairs, and they got me fixed up while I waited! I bet I wasn’t there 30 minutes. I found the staff to be pleasant, attentive, knowledgeable. I will most definitely be back.

The guys at Horizon are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They have taken care of my bike for the last couple of years and always take care of her. Anytime I need advice on changes or modifications they always go through the pros and cons plus the advice they give is always right. I highly recommend this bike shop.

Just purchased a E-mountain bike. Blake and Xander was very helpful and knowledgeable about the bike. I had a lot of questions and they were very helpful all the way through the whole purchase.
