I really appreciate the sense of urgency that is demonstrated towards servicing my E-bikes . They always make sure to have my E-bikes fixed or upgraded with better parts and cool looking upgrades before I have to bike to work everyday ! I have schizophrenia and i cannot drive due to the severity of my condition and they prioritize my bikes and it really means the world to me because I’m afraid of missing work since I provide for my wife . They are the coolest people around st joe and i hope they take pride in knowing they make a serious difference and impact within the Ebiking community and I am blessed to be a part of such a elite awesome super cool business and community . The quality of their service is phenomenal and they bring all the other bike shops to their knees . There is no debate they are the best .

Blake listened to what we were looking for in an E-Bike and we test rode 3 different styles and fell in love with his suggestion of the Trek Brand. The features on the Trek bike (wide pedals, powerful motor, comfort of the smooth ride, 4 motor settings, sleek design, etc) were awesome! It was what we were looking for in an E-Bike. The service we received was awesome as well. All our concerns were answered in a professional manner and his suggestions for products we asked for were right on!! We will definitely return for service and products!

Quality bikes offered, wide range of accessories from clothing to shoes and any bike accessories you may need. The day we purchased there was 5 employees there & they were all knowledgeable and friendly. Just the vibe in store was awesome. No pressure to buy, just answered our questions honestly. Will be back for a bike for the grandson. We visited before lunch, Jeff showed us some options, we test rode what we decided would be our best option. Went to lunch and returned an hour before closing telling him we'd take the 2 TREK bikes, one still boxed. Everyone worked together to get it done with added accessories and on the road shortly after 5pm. Talked to a handful of customers while there & everyone had such positive things to say about their purchases from there, tells me alot of their customer service. Great place, highly recommend!
