Very professional goal orientated for your members! Enjoyed making my first step towards getting healthy,the workout was difficult for me but your only required to go at your own pace. There were many times I couldn't do some exercises but kept moving to burn calories,
there was no pressure on me at all from the instructor!
I was given a journal to track my meals,and was educated on nutrition by a personal trainer that was very helpfully to me. I highly recommend Horizon to anyone trying to lose weight or build muscle or even get yourself in better shape.

I like the intensity of the work outs. All of my work outs thus far have left me feeling like I have been put through a very good work out. The trainers keep you on the clock, they modify for everyone, and they are up beat and know their craft.
