Cason led an extremely well executed class. She was extremely professional and friendly checking me in as a new student especially for 6am class. Her sequencing worked from simple to complex and she offered options for modifying or advancement. I really appreciated the flow and dharma she weaves into the class. Will definitely return when in town.
Classes were pretty good. The only thing bothered me was that I didn't give enough notice within 30 days to stop from being charged an extra month. But that's my fault for not being on top of it.
Adi was pretty impressive, her studio is clean and a wonderful place to become invigorated and enlightened through the energy of practice.
I've always enjoyed the studio and the community that exists. My only issue is the limited amount of classes that are available for people like me....with multiple physical issues. I'd love to see more Yin and more gentle classes, perhaps in that time period in the afternoon when you don't have any classes. I think you would attract more older people. The mid afternoon classes at a competitor are usually very busy with seniors and injured younger folks.
After taking a LONG break, I'm really enjoying taking classes again. As a regular gym goer, I really like the challenges of Hot Yoga. The feeling of accomplishment after I finish is amazing. Teachers are really great too! Their constant instruction and feedback is super helpful :)
