After requesting a quote for my job, I heard back very quickly. The quote was reasonable and they were able to schedule my job fairly quickly. The handyman, Angel, was great! He kept me apprised of his progress throughout the work and we worked through a few unexpected complications together. I'm very happy with the work and with the final cost, which was just a bit under the original quote. Would definitely recommend House Doctors!

The two gentlemen that showed up to perform the work were nice & took the time to explain what they were going to do before they started. They included me in the decision-making process on the type of materials they were going to use & let me know what the final ceiling would look like.
The negative feeling was in the estimation / billing process. I felt like I was doubled charged for time & materials. For ex., I knew I was already paying for two laborers time for the day job. Which included their time to pick up materials from Home Depot.
Then we're charged a surcharge for their time to go pick up the materials along with a [FIRST NAME REMOVED]-up on the cost of materials. We should only be charged for the material [FIRST NAME REMOVED]-up & not the time they spent getting the supplies since their hourly rate was already part of the job.

Georgia does a great job of preparing quick estimates and providing the data I need to
send a meaningful email service request. The estimates always include price ranges for items
whose costs can’t be known before surface materials are removed or tests are done. House Doctors keeps appointment unless technicians illlness or bad weather intervenes, and tat does not happen often. The technicians are always prompt, respectful and do quality work. For all these reasons, House Doctors is the first place I call when my home needs repairs or upgrades.

I always am super pleased with the technicians; many different ones have come to my aid . They are always on time, courteous & incredibly efficient, knowledgeable.
I have used House Doctors for many many years. The ladies at the office are always so kind & helpful
I ‘d sure be “lost” without y’all to do all my handyman work!!!!!!!

I very much enjoy the prompt, polite, professional and quick response I get from the main office about the jobs Im looking to have done. The technicians are polite, efficient, and clean up after themselves. The majority of their work they get done quicker than estimated, which is a pleasant, but certainly not expected.
