Our OLD security door was NOT secure/ the security door did not serve the purpose/the old door was an excuse of a security door! It would not shut from the inside! I've had a few acquaintances reach out and tell me to use House Doctors I called the Elizabethtown office and ask questions seeing what was possible What was the time window how long would it take. (I say that because I reached out to Home Depot and Lowe's and another company I can't remember the name everywhere was out by 8 to 10 weeks) House Doctors Contractor John Replaced the door frame the interior door and the security door! John really did go above & beyond for this job! 👏🎖️ House doctors had requested photos of the job via email and then about a day later two contractors came out and Took a look and measurements The same evening I received an estimate email/ terms and agreement of using House Doctors That following week my husband and I took cash to the Elizabethtown office and made a deposit and we set a date On the morning of the replacement frame and interior door and security door being replaced I drove to their office and paid the rest. Received a receipt! Now job time!! After the contractor and John had left I drove to my husband's place of employment and I took him two keys! I received 12 keys! FANTASTIC! When my husband came home he said he was so surprised by the weight of the security door He said that the BOTH doors Feels really secure he loves the fact that on each door you have two locks!!👏 John thank you so much!! Definitely going to be getting more business from this address!!

Gave them a tough and different job. A 20' SunSetter Awning. Did take them couple of tries but feel very comfortable with the turnout. Looks great and at 236 pounds, secure. Recommend them highly.

I look forward to using House Doctors again in the future. They do excellent work. I do suggest that you be patient with them during scheduling when they are short staffed. If you are in need of any type of home repairs or projects, please give them a call. You will not be disappointed.

They phoned to let me know he was here & on time. He was polite and explained everything to me as he was installing the faucets and fixing the toilet. Very pleased and will call again if needed. Thanks for showing up for work.

Very knowledgeable and respectable team member came to the house to start and complete the project for that particular day, very happy with the service, and will call them again for future projects around the house, they show up on time and they are professionals in what they do.
