Parking Spot 1 has finally added to staff and cut down on customer wait time as a result. Also, I have yet to come across an employee who doesn’t treat customers with kindness. Very nice folks to do business with, THANK YOU!!!

Have been using Parking Spot in both IAH and Hobby locations for many years, feel satisfied by the service. One thing I would like to mention to the management is that the pickup frequency is quite slow. This time on Oct 6th at Hobby we had to wait for a long time and then the van from Parking Spot 2 had to drive all of us to Parking Spot 1 location at Hobby.
