We arrived very late around midnight and I could not find my receipt for our pre-paid parking. The Night Attendant (and whoever he was working with on the phone) was extremely helpful and relentless in getting us through the gate without any additional cost or penalty!! It took several attempts trying a few different approaches, but he would not give up and assured us he would figure out a way for us to leave without additional cost. We were very appreciative of his efforts and patience! He was very professional, understanding, and gracious while assisting us in a situation of our own making. He'd be amused (maybe) to know that once we got home, I found the receipt in the back of the car with our luggage!!

I was able to easily book a parking spot online. The entrance had easy access off the roadway. The scan and enter process was simple. Once parked the bus picked us up within a minute. The driver was friendly and took us directly to our terminal. When we arrived back from our trip, the app made it easy to find a pick up spot and track the buses. We were picked up as soon as we arrived at the spot. Everything went smooth. At the exit gate we were able to scan our phone and were on our way home.
