The people were nice and pick up was prompt. The only issue we had was with the signage at the parking lot. There was A sign with an arrow pointing toward where to go to be picked up, but that was the only sign. There was no sign at the pick-up location, in fact, there weren't any other signs about pick up anywhere. Consequently, we were left wandering around the parking lot looking for where we were supposed to be picked up until someone finally saw us and told us where to go. It was super hot outside, which made it very uncomfortable to be walking around.

I had to call to get Shuttle to come get us. They said they were on their way, but it took more than 20 minutes for them to get there then when we got to the parking area Villa all the people who had covered Parking off first if we don’t know that we’ve gotten out right we got there because we were up at the front. We could’ve walked faster we could’ve gotten around.
