I like the ease of parking and how quickly we were transported to our terminal.
I did not like our first driver however, he was not very personable and not helpful at all with our bags. The back row seat was wet and he literally screamed "what do you mean wet?"
Our driver we had on the return trip was excellent. Very polite and helped with our bags.
Shuttle bus every few minutes to take you to your flight terminal. Then when we returned we were dropped off at our car. Keep the card they give you for the space your vehicle is in. Makes life easier for everyone! I've flown at night before and used this Park and Fly and it's nice not to have to walk thru a dark parking lot to find my car.
I pre-booked my parking spot well in advance. I just had to use the QR code when I arrived. Only problem was, when I went to leave it tried to charge me $229. Fortunately, an attendant was there to correct the mistake. She was very friendly and helpful.
Everything was good Driver was excellent just need you guys to run more buses we had to get in a long line to wait for our bus and it took 5 buses and about 20 minutes before our turn came
This location is convenient to get to from northwest Houston. There is normally always parking spots available and by being a member of the Spot Club, one can save money on parking.
I've used the parking spot at both IAH and Hobby. It's safe, convenient, and in most cases cheaper than taking a ride share to the airport. The staff is always friendly and helpful. On my most recent trip, in the pickup line at intercontinental, we waited for about half an hour for a JFK shuttle while several will Clayton shuttles came and went. There wasn't enough room for all the people that were waiting, and there was nearly an altercation between two people because one didn't realize there was a line. Aside from that, my experience with the parking spot has always been great.
