We appreciate the prompt availability of shuttle buses for both pick up and delivery to and from the parking lot, as well as the assistance of the driver in getting our luggage onto and off the bus. We also very much appreciate the organized and roped off pick up points at the airport pick up zones - this helps the passengers in ensuring first come, first served on who gets onto the buses first.

It was easy, pickup shuttle helps a lot. i unfortunately had to extend trip but was happy to see that my car was not towed. I just paid for extra day on exit. However, upon return, me and another passenger waited for lot of time, only to find from app that we had to go somewhere else (Terminal E Level 2) for JFK parking lot.

I'm 76 years old and somehow made my reservation to a Houston Hobby lot instead of Bush JFK. I used credit points. The lady at the check out both helped me get it straightened out and not lose my credits. She was so gracious and helpful. She turned my error into a very happy experience.

the shuttle. customer service great. it is a huge huge lot. kinda overwhelming. but i see employees do help you.
