When I rushed in to get my bike tuned I knew there was a chance it wouldn’t happen that day (or week). But the gentlemen at Hub City Cycles worked with me and gave me options. I got my bike safety checked so I could use it ASAP. They were very kind about my rushing about. I’ve never had a bad experience with Hub City Cycles.

I'm not a serious cyclist- I have a street bike that I use to commute and run errands. I have bought accessories at Hub City, and they have replaced both tires. Most recently they inspected and tuned it. All the work was done promptly and well. Staff are informative and courteous. I've come to rely on my bike and Hub City as well. Hagerstown is fortunate to have a resource like this.

I wrote a review and posted on Google,too . I was very pleased. I've dealt with a few different shops through the years,and this was a great experience. I have a tendency to speak my mind, especially if service or quality is poor,but I was very pleased with the staff,fast service,and also with the results. My bike looks amazing,and I actually think it's shifting smoother than when it was brand new. I have already recommended your tune up service to a few of my friends. Hopefully,I can send some more ebike business your direction!
