Great training system for your stylists. But you do need to make sure that your online appointment system works. It didn’t make the appointment I scheduled and it was a huge hassle to fit in another slot.

From the time I walked in the door until I left it was a positive experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. James was my stylist and he was terrific. I came in with a bad cut, he discussed how to fix it and then made a huge improvement on what I came in with. I am so happy to find someone who actually has the talent and takes the time to give a great cut.

Cat was very attentive. She spent a lot of time going over what she would be doing to my hair. Asked me a lot of questions to get an understanding of what my needs were. And I walked out of there feeling like a completely different person. I love what she did to my hair.

The service was great. I got a glaze, kerastase and blow dry done. My hair looks so much richer and softer. And the hair styling was amazing too.
