Professionalism and courteous demeanor of the techs who came for termite inspection and for my 1st insect treatment. Both listened carefully and answered my questions. Lawrence was thorough in the application and both he and the gentleman inspecting for termites (sorry I do not recall his name) made helpful suggestions.
