He takes special care to look for things needing his attention; and explaining what and why he's taking actions. We feel confident that Lawrence is keeping our home insect-free. And we need to add that the office staff is friendly, helpful, fast and efficient every time we have contacted them. Overall--Hughes is great and we shall recommend Hughes to any of our acquaintances in need of better Exterminators!
