The individuals working for Hughes are kind, knowledgeable, and personable. They let you know when they are headed your way, when they arrive, what service they are performing, if there are any special requirements needed following their service, and when they leave. They let you know if you need additional services or if you might be getting too many services. They treat you like family. The personnel are the best, and the products the company uses keep me on top of the world!
