Hi I like that I was able to find out cost and billing info from Tina, without having to make an appointment. Ivan showed up on time and even called first to say he was 20 minutes out. He was also knowledgeable about bugs, had pictures and had a flashlight with him. He pulled out the stove and refrigerator to spray; and sprayed inside and outside my home. Thank you, Bridget
