I like that I am contacted to be reminded of upcoming services. I also am appreciative of Danny, my pest control serviceman. He is thorough and very pleasant. In addition, I appreciate the termite bait system serviceman, Ira. He too is very thorough. I know that I can contact the office and get help when I see ants, bugs, etc. Everyone that I have spoken with at this office is professional and courteous.

I've had Hughes for 6 years and I continue to have Hughes because I like your services. Although the price keeps going up, and that gets frustrating, I like not having bugs and I like to keep the same serviceman coming back. Jakari has been great! I've had 2 different people twice, and they didn't do nearly the greatest job, I noticed they didn't treat the normal places that Jakari does. I am glad to have him back. He always asks me how things are going, and I don't typically have any problems. If it's raining while he is here, he tells me he will come back to get the outside so it doesn't wash off. I am happy to have Hughes and Jakari.

my exterminator, Nicole, is very professional--- she's pleasant, listens when I tell her about my experiences or concerns, is clean and vey efficient. I have not had any issues since she has been treating my condo.
