Dan Rosado is an exemplary technician and a great asset to your company. Not only is he knowledgeable, professional, courteous, punctual and respectful, he always goes the extra mile to provide the best service. I was with another company for years, and there is no comparison with the service that Dan has provided my household. Unfortunately, I didn’t have that service with my initial experience with Hughes. It was a little unpleasant and he did more talking than working. I’m grateful to have Dan as my tech.
