-Your people genuinely care for students beyond learning -The learning centers process/services deliver amazing results -The experience and level of knowledge your tutors and teachers have is exceptional -The learning center was able to identify my son had a rare condition (convergence insufficiency) whereas an eye doctor could not. They made a referral to a specialist for therapy. Since then and in combination with the learning center, my son is excelling in math and reading. He has so much more confidence and is happier.

They are patient and meet my son where he is. He is not necessarily motivated or eager regarding academics and schoolwork as a teenager. But they don’t give up easily on him and give real feedback for us to work as a team to help him to the best of our ability to succeed,

My 7 yo started off struggling with reading and writing. When we started Huntington LC in Columbia Md I was nervous on whether it would really help him or not. We have really made such huge improvements in reading, writing, and math. He has received Most Improved awards for all 3 subjects within the same year of us starting tutoring. Also, even though some days he is tired he has never complained about not enjoying his tutoring sessions and leaves motivated and inspired after each session. Shout out to the Columbia Md Branch!

After 2-1/2 years of this Covid mess, my son was assessed at a 6th grade level in math and is entering 9th grade. He actually enjoys going to Huntington where he has spent roughly 6 hours per week throughout the summer trying to catch up. After almost every session he mentions he has learned something new that he had seen before in school but didn’t understand. The instructors have definitely made a connection with my son in their teaching methods. He is gaining the confidence and knowledge in math he needs to succeed which make him want to continue attending. I wish we would have considered Huntington sooner. Huntington will be an great asset for my son going forward through high school. Thank you Huntington.

Prior to Huntington my daughter would cry and dread math because she did not understand it. It took hours to get thru math homework! She was attending private school and far behind in her math skills. My husband and I pulled her out of the private school and she is now being home schooled while attending Huntington regularly. She excels in her home school math class and looks forward to her Huntington sessions. We have a classmate from the private school that my daughter attended who also home schools in our group. She does not attend Huntington and I can see a huge difference between the girls. They both struggled equally with their math skills at the private school they attended. Math was the main reason both of our families left the private school. I can say that my husband and I made the best decision ever to enroll our daughter at Huntington for tutoring. Math is now her favorite subject.

My 10 year old daughter looks forward to her sessions and when I pick her up afterward she is so happy and excited to share what she has learned. I have no problems getting her to go to tutoring because she looks forward to it.
