The quality of teaching and quality of administrative team seems good. Communication has been prompt and addressed the issue/question needed. My first child got the result he was looking for. My second child seems happy thus far with the program.

Huntington Learning Center worked with my daughter for the past few months. They were able to be flexible with the challenging schedule of busy teenager and my daughter really enjoyed each of her instructors. Our experience was amazing ... her ACT score increased 5 points. It was hard work, but well worth it. Our daughter has many more college opportunities now thanks to HLC.

I would feel more useful commenting after my daughter has taken the ACT and received a higher score. Right now, she is taking the classes and they have been pretty flexible with scheduling. That is all I can comment on.

What I like about Huntington Learning Center is their professional and educated staff. My daughter receives one on one tutoring by a degreed teacher who is committed to teach and to guide her through her Saint Brigid of Kildare studies and Huntington Learning Center’s curriculum. The best thing I like about the services at Huntington Learning Center are the teachers. The teachers are highly qualified and provide great instruction in both math and reading.

The service I receive at Huntington Learning Center is excellent. The teachers are intelligent, creative, insightful and caring. My daughter is tutored in Reading and Writing (Language Arts) and subject tutoring. I appreciate having the option for my daughter to work on instruction from her school and to receive Huntington Learning Center’s instruction on reading and writing strategies. I believe Huntington genuinely cares for my daughter.

What I like about Huntington’s services, is the amazing transformation my daughter has made in her reading skills. Add the writing component we started this summer and Sophia is flourishing in her confidence with writing and spelling. I want to thank Huntington and my father who pays for the service for enriching and for developing Sophia into a better reader and writer.

My son is studying for the SAT with you. I like your data-driven approach and that your staff seems to actually understand what the data means. I work in education and that is not always the case. I like the one-one ratio, so my kid (quiet and compliant) doesn't get lost in the shuffle. I like the level of parent involvement-- that is, I liked that the staff went over what they saw and their plan with me, but then do not require me to do the actual teaching/ coaching at home. All the student work is actually independent. In other educational settings, there has been more of a focus on providing resources that we are supposed to use at home-- meaning that the parents have to do the heavy lifting. After last year's homeschooling-while-working-from-home gauntlet, it is a relief not to have to pick up test prep in our current state of burnout.
