Everyone who works at our local center is polite and professional, but not in a clinical way. They are also warm, welcoming and make sure they say a personal hello to everyone who walks in, which makes us all feel seen. They are clear with the goals they’ve set for my child and gently put us back on track if we get behind. I would highly recommend. An additional shout out to Sanna and Naomi who have always been patient with our growing pains in the program, as well as not making me feel embarrassed if I need to ask a question.
