The Center's Director & Office Manager (Claire & Charity): they are Professional, timely and have answered all my questions - Whenever I ask (which is often). Claire has walked me through the processes from inquiry to enrollment to understanding how tutors work with children. I've a good understanding of My child needs and have adjusted his sessions to align with those need, all with the help of Claire. Charity's response to my phone calls or questions is quick. She lets me know of holiday hours/days of operation, and easily helps me when I have a job conflict to find another time slot for my child. They have been Very Supportive.
