From the moment we walked through the doors with our son, Huntington's staff has helped him grow tremendously. The academic assessments they've given him and extensive time speaking with us has helped us all discover his unique learning styles and how best to reach him. In just a few weeks we saw a change in his confidence and understanding of math and reading comprehension. Now after several months of weekly tutoring at Huntington, we've been able to eliminate significant deficits that he had in his understanding of math, foundational skills, and problem solving. He is finally reading and comprehending on grade level too, which is wonderful!

My son is doing great, mined you, need to stay on top of him with classes, but at least he is taking ownership of his class work and after the push, is following up of getting material handed in. Its a battle, but if you stay vigilant, we will Prevail. John

My daughter has been attending for over a year or so. She loves attending her tutoring sessions. I love that my daughter enjoys going and participating. I also love the communication is thorough and the needs of my children is a priority! Ann does a great job of listening and implementing and executing the goals and more. Our family couldn’t thank her enough for all she does, as well as the tutors.

The staff was very helpful and kind. They seemed to really care about my child. What I did not like is the fact no one told us we needed to register for SAT early since seats fill up quickly. As a result my child had to wait 2 months. I feel her score would’ve been higher had they not had to postpone

I like that the teachers make the sessions fun and enjoyable for my son. Even after a long day at school he doesn't mind coming for tutoring. The teachers are also encouraging and offer him praise which helps build his confidence. It's also helpful that they gave him an in-depth assessment that identified his needs and informed the learning plan they developed for him.
