I like that my child is getting the help he needs to get him on grade level. The support from the teachers and staff is excellent. I appreciate Ms. Gretchen being available to give her input at an IEP meeting. I would recommend Huntington Learning Center to any family in need of additional learning.

My son had fallen behind in school and his confidence to complete assignments was waning. Since starting at Huntington I have seen a huge improvement in not only his grades, but his confidence to try difficult things. I would recommend Huntington to anyone who needs help helping their child reach his or her full potential.

They work with eliminating some stress in the parents and build up encouragement in the student. Tutors are helpful friendly, which helps build confidence in the student’s learning.

I appreciate how Huntington tailors their approach to meet students' needs. They’re very accommodating. When my daughter switched programs after a few months, they handled the changes smoothly without any issues. She can be particular about her teachers, and Huntington has worked with us on that. Their flexibility has made a big difference. My other daughter also saw a significant improvement in her test scores compared to last year. I’m a very happy parent.

Very positive, immediate feedback from my child on the quality of the instruction from this provider.

The teachers are good instructors and nice to kids.

The staff is knowledgeable and genially care about helping and teaching children in detailed manner.

Tailored tutoring plans to meet the kids individual needs.

The assessment process is thorough compared to Mathnasium. The employment of certified teachers is the best value to clients, and the center manager (Brandy) is awesome!

The professionals at Huntington are kind, patient, knowledgeable and caring. They have made a huge impact on my child's academic performance in such a short period of time. She loves going there and I have a peace of mind knowing that every time I drop her off for a session--she's getting the one-on-one attention and motivation she needs to learn. Huntington works with every one, but its important to note how many trained professionals they have who are equip to work with children on the spectrum. My daughter is non verbal autistic and was learning nothing outside of social skills at school. She can now write her name, recognize letters and words, and even add and substract! My only regret is that I didn't get her started at Huntington sooner!

The staff keeps you informed of your child’s progress. Reaching the goal that is set for your child is their priority.

The services that my son is receiving has been very helpful to him to be successful in his class this quarter. His teacher has been extremely helpful and he enjoys and looks forward to his sessions with her.

My son started during Spring break and the center provided me his schedule. Once the kids returned from break, I was able to adjust the schedule that's flexible for our family. The teachers are very friendly and seems to enjoy teaching the children that come into the center. My son doesn't like to read or spell as much. However I have noticed him reading more words outloud and sporadically spelling a word that he's verbally mentioned to me. Im very excited to see hiw je attacks 4th grade following the assistance from the center.

I like that there are various learning styles to accommodate the children who learn differently. I also like the flexibility for moving tutoring times, if given the proper notification. Everyone seems welcoming and the children seem to be attached to most of the teachers. They also work during the summer.

Everything!!

We enrolled our 6th grade son in Huntington to help improve his writing skills to supplement our homeschool curriculum. He understood grammar, but didn't understand how to write a coherent paragraph. After only 2.5 months of teaching at Huntington, we could see a drastic improvement with his writing!!! To continue this improvement, we re-enrolled him. That same year, we applied to several independent private schools in the DC area and he was accepted to most of them!! We know Huntington helped prepare him for the rigorous application process which included several writing samples. We would recommend people to make this investment into their children!!

Very reliable, Willing to help or answer all my questions.
