We had a downed piece of equipment. Called them looking for fittings, it was late in the day. They were willing to wait for us and stayed late looking for fittings to get our equipment back up and running. Made several special hoses to adapt our hydraulic pump to the machine that was down. the tech Martin went above and beyond my expectations to assist us with our issue.
