Even though I'm not local, the folks at Hyland Cyclery were fantastic in processing the order I placed online. I was even called by Tom, I believe, to confirm they had everything correct and to ensure that I didn't need anything else or have any questions. Everything arrived as expected, and even with the few scratches on the bike thanks to the massive jostling of things during the delivery process, I'm very pleased with the whole purchase.

Finding a good bike shop when you move is always stressful. I initially chose Hyland Cyclery for its good service prices and close proximity and I'm glad I chanced upon them. The staff was immediately friendly and helpful. They didn't try to upsell me with services my bike didn't need and instead I had a great conversation about maintenance schedules and local trails. A great place with great people.

Sarah was so helpful and directed me to purchase a safe helmet that fitted well. She showed me e-bikes and really was a wonderful resource of knowledge about all things with wheels. You have a large inventory of accessories and parts, and if you don't have an item you order it and deliver promptly. i appreciated the vast knowledge Sarah and others displayed. Sarah also researched bike inventory for me that lead to purchasing the perfect bike for me!

Customer service is everything. I made contact with the shop via text message and received a response almost immediately. I requested pictures of the bike and they were sent within the hour. I purchased the bike and it was packed extremely well for shipment. The transaction was flawless and the bike is great!
