I brought in an old bike for a rear shock rebuild. The mechanic told me they would take a look and see what they saw, but that it was possible it wouldn't be worth it to rebuild the shock because they wouldn't be able to source replacement parts beyond the o-rings. I appreciated their honesty, and when it was taken apart it looked like it wasn't worth it to them to rebuild. So instead of taking my money for a repair they didn't think would be a good solution or pressuring me into buying a new bike, they re-assembled my bike, cleaned, and gave it to me for no charge. The integrity and honesty they showed are greatly appreciated.

These guys do an awesome job, I bring them in allot of wheels to dish out and they have been doing an amazing job with them. I highly recommend them and I have sent in a few friends for the same things. All of them are super nice and helpful with everything

Always love supporting local bike shops especially when the service is this good. I’ve bought a couple things here over the past half year and every time, everyone has been super caring and helpful. I bought a dropper yesterday and Hayden (I believe that was his name) took the time to make sure I had the right parts and ran me through my options. Love what you guys do!

Hyland did an amazing job assessing my son's bike when we dropped it off. They were clear about what repairs needed to be done and explained everything clearly. The estimate was spot on and there were no extra add ons. Caleb did a great job.

Tom was exceptional. He helped me evaluate, build, and worked with me every step of the purchase. I ordered my bike and it was custom built and delivered in just over a week. The entire team, Caleb, Sarah, etc was as excited about “new bike day” as much as I was and helped me with the finishing touches - filll my burrito bag, make sure I had all of the right tools to ride endlessly on my bike! The shop also has an exceptional care plan included. My husband is shifting all of his maintenance and gear needs to Hyland because the team was so amazing to work with!
