I bought TREK e-bike for my wife. She loves it. TREK is a known quality brand and the design of the bike is exactly what my wife wanted. The step-through frame makes it easy to get on and off. Up-right seating position is comfortable. Easy shifting, easy to engage assist modes, easy to brake. Battery easy to remove and reattach. The 50-mile range is more than enough. And ... it looks good!

This is the 2nd year in a row I’ve purchased a gift card for my son from this establishment that he does business with. He enjoys the atmosphere, product assortment and the great bike mechanics!! There are a lot of other bike shops he could patronize but he chooses Hyland Cyclery.

When I asked for a more expensive product, the encouraged me to get a cheaper one that they knew would work for this area. I also appreciated them making sure I had everything I needed, and giving me tips to ensure the longevity of my bike. They also were very good at working with my budget.
