After many years, we decided to get back into riding. We ended up at Hyland Cyclery and were greeted with a warm hello from Joey. Although the selection of bikes was intimidating he took the time to go over bikes and fit us to the correct size of bike. He had good knowledge of all the bikes there and went over everything we might need. He got our bikes ordered for us and, a few days later, we picked them up. Excited to start riding again. Great atmosphere, great selection of bikes and friendly staff.

The owner/manager is almost always there. Great bunch of people. Always helpful, even when busy. The shop is always busy and does prompt but competent work. I trust these guys.

I've always found the staff at Hyland Cyclery to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We take our bikes to them annual for full service. My last time in the store was to pick up a shipment from Trek Bikes (delivery to them from Trek is shipping free and in one to three days) and they handled it just as if it were a direct purchase from the shop. They're a good business to support.
