I had to call all over town trying to find a bottom bracket tool to meet the specs for an updated outboard cup diameter, and it was somewhat challenging finding anyone in town who knew the part. I came in to Hyland because they had one tool in stock that I thought might be the ticket, but I wasn’t sure. The nice guy at the front, perhaps the owner, told me he doesn’t do returns on tools, but he was willing to make an exception for me if I brought it back without scuffs. His attitude was awesome, he was flexible and willing to work with me, so I’ll definitely be back. Also, the tool was the right one, so I’m happy with that as well. Cheers!
I appreciate the easy drop-off to repair my bike. No appt. needed. And I like how Highland Cyclery called me with an estimate cost prior to doing the repairs.
Michael was awesome - he went through the features and advantages of each bike at each price point.
He did a great job of presenting the tire flat prevention options and offered the 15% discount on accessories.
Thank you Michael!
Just went in for service, but the folks I worked with were very nice, helpful and easy to talk to. They were able to squeeze me in for the same day, and ultimately got my bike back to me in just a few hours. Would recommend, and will likely return when needed
I really appreciated how kind and helpful everybody was. I needed my bike boxed to fly to Norway for a bike packing trip. And they were all just as excited for me as I was. And I was able to get several other things that I needed on my list there at the store and several of them were even on sale. Their prices were reasonable and their time frame for getting my bike boxed was excellent. I really enjoyed the whole experience of working with them.
Very friendly, understanding, and great with communicating on any updates and when the bike was going to be ready. I would recommend to anyone looking to get their bikes serviced.
