Rosi was phenomenal. She is patient and kind and made our whole experience so pleasant. We came in looking for a Tandem bike and walked out with two electric bikes. Brought them home and we had a blast! Had not had that much fun with the kids (even a teenager) in a long time. Every detail was explained. I felt this was above and beyond any expectation. If I purchased any bike online I don’t think the experience would have been the same. If you have questions about anything bicycle, this is the spot!

Products I need are likely in stock. That's a big deal for someone that rides almost every day! We have bought two bikes for my son in the past few months, a road and mountain bike. The staff and service were absolutely top notch, and quick to provide bike preparations for delivery. Hayden at Hyland Cycle was outstanding, his willingness to help, set us up, and get the product put together and, on the road, sealed the deal. I have to be honest, customer service/sales associates were super friendly yet very unorganized, however with Hayden's reaction and response, I would not hesitate to recommend Highland Cycling.

My wife and I took our little granddaughter’s bike in to hopefully figure out why the chain wouldn’t stay in place. Although the shop was busy, the helpful staff looked at it right away and determined the cause. They worked on the bike while we waited and got it fixed. Then they charged a very nominal amount. This is why we love local businesses. Our granddaughter was overjoyed when we presented her the newly repaired bike. She couldn’t wait to take it for a ride. Thanks to the excellent crew at Hyland Cyclery!
