I originally called about my bike and seeing if it was ready (first nice bike purchase made). Jen was wonderful on the phone. I ended up working with her and another fella the following day. They were great about helping me get what I needed and understand what’s on my bike. They offered to help put my car bike rack on, though I insisted I’d do it they checked up on me and then I actually needed help with one part. Jen was on it and helped me out. Great people will come back! Happy biking

Hyland Cyclery is awesome! I give their customer service an A+ always super friendly and helpful anytime I have walked through the door someone is always there to greet you and ask if they can help even when they are busy. Zack and the service department is great to very knowledgeable and skilled. That's why I have bought 3 bikes from them keep up the great work!
