The entire staff at Hyland Cyclery was amazing throughout my entire purchase/build process. I was provided with exceptional advice and expert information at a level a beginner can understand, in an extremely professional manner. If you want accurate information, attentive & knowledgeable sales people, excellent bikes and accessories, and extensive support you won't find a better establishment than Hyland Cyclery. Please visit them and talk to their amazing staff, you won't be disappointed. I want to give a special shout out to Jen, she was patient, exceptionally helpful, and provided prodigious customer service.

The salesperson was great! Very patient while I decided which way we were going.His name might have been Tom - not sure. Too long ago. You had several options for me. I think we came in on one of your busiest days ever and we never felt rushed. He even bought the bike to our house after we bought it. We weren’t thinking too clearly on how to get it home. Duh!

Great! They gave me a sample that they care about their clients and that the work was very well done, I had problems with a previous job and they very responsibly contacted me to fix what had not turned out well, I am 100% happy with the support and work of the Hyland cyclery team
