Jen was so helpful. I came in to purchase a bike for my daughter's birthday about 1.5 hours before close. At that time the bike was not built yet. When Jen asked if the bike was a gift and I confirmed Jen made sure it was ready for me to take home by closing time. So helpful. So great.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, went beyond my expectations! Fantastic sale price on the exact bike I was looking for. Service also was able to quickly install shims in the seat-post to lower the top out point of the dropper seat-post. Sales person informed me this could be done, I had no idea. Then the mechanic quickly performed the task. Thanks for a great buying experience.

Sarah was helpful without any pressure to buy a bike. She also checked with the mechanic or another salesperson if she didn’t know the answer to a question instead of making something up or guessing at an answer. The mechanic also took time to answer questions about the bike I was considering.

Came in on short notice needing a minor fix. The mechanic educated me so I'll be able to do this myself the next time. I live a lot closer to the Cottonwood Trek store, but much prefer the vibe of Hyland. Hyland incidentally was my go-to as a Schwinn shop as a kid.

They did a great job of fixing and tuning up some bikes that hadn't been ridden for years. They also understood that I wanted to stay with my old bikes even though the extent of the repairs could have bought me a new bike. They didn't pressure me at all into just getting something new. I totally appreciated that.
