I love how the kids are treated and how much my son is learning. The only thing I don't love this season in peewee basketball is that kids aren't given space to shoot. Last season they were and it seemed to really help them, because they're all just learning. The summer season has been different, so it's a little less of a confidence boost for most of the kids. We still love i9 and will play again next season.
My son loves all things sports-related, and so the focus of the camps is an easy "win". Add to that that the staff have been great and that the parents get lots of pictures at the end of each day, and you get a wonderful camp!
We have been part of the i9 family for almost 6 years now. With how busy the work week is with school, homework and juggling jobs, i9 has made it great to have sports on the weekends. We do not have to worry about rushing to practices during the week, but we can focus on our work/school work and then look forward to the weekends with sports! We love the team comradory, making friends and how hands kn the coaches/parents are with each child.
I love that the focus of i9 is building sportsmanship, encouraging fun, and building foundational skills. My son has enjoyed both sports he's played with i9 and I love watching him learn the aspects of playing with a team. I also am thrilled that we are only committed to one day a week, and that practice and the game take right around an hour! Our son enjoys playing, and we enjoy not having our lives taken over by a sport!
