We chose i9 for basketball for both of our boys because it seemed more organized than other organizations (NYS, etc.) and there seemed to be more employee support. Especially with the age that our kids are, 6 and 7, for the first few games there were several extra adults on the court helping explain the rules. One thing I did not like was the fact that the 6 year old team played 2 - 10 minute halves, but paid the same amount in fees as the 7 year old team that played 2 - 20 minute halves. I would have liked to see the younger teams be less expensive.
i9sports is a great program that help teach the kids all kinds of sports. i9sports has a great schedules that fits into every busy parents schedules. However, their staffs as long as the coaches are awesome. I love how my grandson is always excited and love to go play sports and play with his teammates and coaches. They teach them everything from the basics and to be the real pro players. Kudos to i9sports, the staffs and coaches. I will recommend i9sports to everyone I know.
Organized ! Like the uniforms! Coach Shannon has been a kind a positive coach! I enjoy the practice and game on the same day.
The games have a pretty late start time for a saturday. Would prefer them a little earlier, that would really be my only concern.
Very supportive for all age groups. The coaches are awesome and make sure all the children get a moment to shine. Even my shy little ones. My 3 year old daughter plays soccer in Avondale and she was so shy but with the help of her coaches and team and overall support from the everyone she has started to look forward to going and we can definitely tell her confidence is increasing each week!! I9 sports is awesome!!
I love how the kids are treated and how much my son is learning. The only thing I don't love this season in peewee basketball is that kids aren't given space to shoot. Last season they were and it seemed to really help them, because they're all just learning. The summer season has been different, so it's a little less of a confidence boost for most of the kids. We still love i9 and will play again next season.
My son loves all things sports-related, and so the focus of the camps is an easy "win". Add to that that the staff have been great and that the parents get lots of pictures at the end of each day, and you get a wonderful camp!
