i9 Sports is very well run and organized. They make it very easy to enroll your children in recreational sports where they can advance their skills with no pressure, just lots of fun.
The coaches are great! This is the first time my 10 year old has played basketball and he loves it. The drills are so much fun for the kids. Coaches are enthusiastic and patient with the different skill level players.
We loved that there were a variety of locations and days/times to choose from. We also felt that the clinic did a pretty good job of teaching fundamental basketball skills to the kids. The only thing we would suggest to change is to have a little more time devoted to scrimmaging. Our clinic only had part of 2 of the days where the kids scrimmaged.
I liked that my son was able to walk into a new experience at age 14 and be coached on fundamentals. In this area, kids often feel like they have to try a sport by age 9 or it is too late. Thank you for providing a safe place to learn something new.
The coaches in the basketball program weren't volunteer parents, they were experienced coaches and players who were great at getting the kids motivated and involved.
Actually correctly geared for the age group. I was in another group that thought it was a good idea to try and hold a all day tournament in teeball for 4yo. This felt more like a field day where the kids actually focused on just kearning the basics and having fun. Of course older kids get to business but I love the realistic expectations.
I like i9 to get my son acclimated to different sports. The only gripe I have about my recent experience with football in bowie is the people that set up would always set up after the start time and the games would start late, and field/grass was cut once out of 8 weeks.
My wife and I like the different sports programs you offer. So far, we have like the coaches and personnel’s professionalism that has been displayed. We do realize things aren’t going to be always perfect, but if the parents work with you we can make this successful together.
