We have been so grateful for this program, the coaches, the kids, and the parents are all so supportive and the coaches do an amazing job of creating a fun environment. Our son has down syndrome and we found that special needs sports programs and city sports leagues were not a fit for him. i9 Sports has been the best of choice, it is not too little and not too much, it teaches the skills, sportsmanship, along with just the right amount of competitiveness in the games that we want our son to have when it comes to sports. The coaches, kids, and parents have been so good with treating him as an equal, which is what any parent wants for their child no matter what their needs may be.
I was very impressed with the way that Parkland handled protocols with Covid. The director checked in with parents often to make sure we were informed on rules and made us feel comfortable. All coaches followed rules with masks and I felt very safe having my son play in his first season of soccer.
I love the way i9 is non-competitive and all employees and parents encourage the kids. My son just turned 3 so he was very young for his age group. He was lost most of the time, but Coach Andres and the other kids helped him and he has progressed each week! It was a very positive experience for his very first team sport.
