I think it is well organized, I like the website interaction where all your information is easily viewable. My only complaint and I don't have a solution is the way the playoffs are done. I wish there was a way for everyone to have a shot at the playoffs. I've had some teams that really improved over the season, but because they started out slow and lost the first few games they weren't seeded high enough to make the real playoffs.
