The coach is good, seems to be picking up on what the team needs to work on to play better together. It has been tough the last few weeks with only 5 or 6 players showing up but I don't think there's anything i9 could do about that that they aren't already doing.
We love the structure, the consistency, the communications to parents (texts are SO HELPFUL), and the experience has been very positive for our kiddo, doing their first year with flag football.
I like how the practice and the game are at the same time. It’s also nice how relaxed it is in regards to scoring (my daughter is six and just started playing so it’s nice that she can just have fun and not be so competitive).
I enjoy that the atmosphere is collaborative and focusing on skill building and growth rather than competition. The attitudes are positive and uplifting, and my son leaves the field feeling good about himself and what he accomplished. The coaches have been warm and kind to my son and he's learned a lot about himself and football through this program. We appreciate Coach Jared Laws being a positive role model for my son and being a respectful and effective leader.
The programs bring communities together by providing a safe place for children to learn with respect to the children. It was an easy way for us to make friends and build our son’s confidence.
My children have emotional and social disabilities, along with adhd. In addition, they are not athletic. This program makes it possible for them to play sports and improve their coordination, and build confidence. Their skills are slowly improving . The program is expensive for me and our family makes many sacrifices in order for them to play.
I love how involved the program directors are and the positive vibes all the kids get!! We bring kids together from different skill levels once a week and they build each other up!!!!
