I love that practices are immediately followed by games. That makes it easy to schedule for our family.
I love that everything is close to where we live.
And our whole family gets a kick out of one of the football refs! He seems college-aged...lots of long, curly hair...always wears a hat... He's just SO CHEERFUL and great with kids. He encourages them and has something positive to say after nearly every play--either encouragement or a comment that helps them learn about the game.
We love the intention behind the I9 model - it's focus of teaching kids a new sport without serious pressure or competition and encouraging them to be the best teammate with the weekly sportsmanship discussions is so refreshing.
I really like that I can alternate my 6 year old son every season. He is a variety kid and this keeps up with his ambition to always try new things. The program is affordable. The reward medals for every kid through out the season is amazing because every kid needs recognition for hard work not just the best one on the team that has done it since the age of 2 consistently. Yes they have dedication and a no quit drive but trying something new often is an accomplishment as well and when you try something new you won't always be the pro. All the kids at any level are amazing. I love that girls can play with the boys. I love that the coaches are volunteers and want to be there and have a passion for what they do. Including myself. I had the best experience last year coaching my sons soccer and then this year my husband is coaching flag football. This program has a lot of perks. ❤️💯
This is our first time doing I-9 sports and have been so impressed! The communication and organization goes above and beyond. With a busy schedule and 4 kids I'm so thankful how communicative and easy to work with they have been. Would definitely recommend.
Our Coach Ben does a wonderful job engaging the children and making sure they have fun all while learning new skills! We have enjoyed our first season of TBall greatly, and it has helped our little one Grow!!
The Coaches and team culture are great!
One point of note - for the basketball, changing times and schools each week for practice/games really complicates scheduling. It would be so much easier if the time and location was consistent across the session.
The schedule is perfect! It's great to only commit to one day/week for a sport or activity, and the back-to-back practice and game is a great setup! I also love that everyone plays in every game--it's so important for all kids to get a chance to learn the basics of a sport and whether or not they enjoy it or seem to have an aptitude, without the worry about whether or not they are good enough to play.
