Amazing soccer coach, he was attentive to each child and taught them some good techniques. Trustworthy and Professional. Will definitely recommend this program to others
Since it was the first time my kids attending basketball clinic/camps, I am happy for what they experience on their four (4) days training. The program is fit for all beginners of the sport. Big Salute to the coaches.
The coach was great! He had great drills prepared for the kids that was applicable for a variety of ages. We really enjoyed the camp option as opposed to a league.
The check in process was a little disorganized. The the weather hot line did not work. When I checked it it was saying nothing had been canceled though I was at the field and no one was there and it was, heavy rain. A notification was not sent until the end time of the scheduled camp. Lastly, the make up day was not rescheduled for a corresponding day, for example our last day of camp was rained out and our make up day was for a day one of the new camp week.
Great program. Great introduction to basketball.
The coach really knows how to communicate with all the children at different skill levels in a positive way. We saw progress and growth throughout the program.
We had such an amazing time! This was my son’s first time ever playing t-ball and he really enjoyed it. The coaches were amazing too. Plus my son made some new friends.
We greatly enjoy I-9. The early exposure to basketball is great for their athleticism and their confidence in the game. We experienced some frustration with the inconsistency of the referees and how they call the games. I share this feedback with the site coordinators, but it is hard to learn the games when the rules change depending on the referee and how strictly they are going to enforce the rules. There has to be a standard to which all can be held so that the game continues to be fun and not frustrating for the players. During one game, my son had to adjust his entire playing style to accommodate the requests from the referee. The game was no longer fun for him. And if it is not fun at this age, then it is not worth it. I wanted to bring this to your attention because the fun has to be there for them, and it was totally taken away because of the referee.
i9 is a great starter league (1-2 years) for kids who don't have any experience playing the sport yet. The people have been very helpful and nice and when we get a good ref, the kids and parents learn about the rules as the game goes. We have liked the flag football experience with i9.
This season has been fun. We like how engaged a lot of the parents are helping the coaches. The only issue has been that it doesn't seem like anyone knows how the game should go given that there's no umpire. Are we keeping track of outs? Do all kids still get to round the bases?
