Friendly environment, structured schedule and safe for kids to learn and have fun. I would like to see coaches that volunteer paid! The parents pay a fee to join program so some of those funds can be allocated for a consistent trained coach. There were instances the coach did not show up and the kids were lost until someone stepped up. We must be more prepared and have order to prevent disappointment and confusion. Thanks

I like that volleyball is indoors. It saves us from the Texas heat. I also like that the games immediately follow practices and that they are only once a week. I was disappointed by the young male i9 coach at Faith West academy. He seems more interested in chatting up the young female coach than helping parents with questions. He was also very rude toy child. She was serving from the wrong position, instead of pointing out where she needed to be (she's a beginner and hasn't been told) he said "your daddy might call you princess, but you're not a princess here. Move back to serve". I wish I'd have heard him from where I was sitting. My child felt humiliated at being spoken to this way. I feel furious at this unprofessional behavior. Maybe he forgot he was speaking to a 9 year old who was new to the sport or maybe he's in the wrong job.

Everything is very organized each week so that I know what’s going on. If I need any quick information ahead of games I know I can easily find it in my texts. The on field staff always asks me if I need anything when I walk by. And the director Colby has been such a great help as well!

My daughter looks forward to her basketball game. It increased her confidence as this was her first time playing basketball and be part of a team. Communication is great and the notifications get sent out in a timely manner. Overall great experience and can’t wait to continue with i9.

This was our first season with I9Sports, and we absolutely enjoyed it! I9Sports provides a relaxed atmosphere for families to help their child learn a new sport while having a great time. We're already signing up for the next sport to participate in.

This is our first time ever joining a sports league for our children, our experience has been wonderful. We love how easy and low stress it is for beginner athletes. It’s the perfect way to introduce team sports and teamwork to kids. We love the convenience of same day practice and games. We love that the game structure is catered to 3yo’s accordingly. (Short games, 5 minute quarters) And we love the families we have met on our team. Everyone is laid back, positive and encouraging to all the kiddos. We have already recruited a friend for our team! Will definitely keep sharing with friends and come back for another season.
