We’ve had a great experience being first-time soccer players with my two grand children! This was a great opportunity to learn about the game and get good exercise and experience playing a team sport without the pressure to win or be an expert. I like the organization of I-9. You are kept in the loop as situations, that are out of everyone’s control, transpire. I enjoy watching the interaction between the staff and the children, and I love how they train the parents to Coach softly, especially with three and four-year-old children who are just learning the sport. I have especially enjoy seeing how they look for something special to point out with one particular player at each game and celebrating that success with the team after the game. It is something that the children will strive to achieve in the coming weeks and makes them feel like it’s more than just winning a game, it’s the complete sportsmanship package.

The coaches are patient, friendly, and make the experience fun for the kids. This is my child’s first time playing tennis, and he is finding it very engaging and enjoyable. Thank you for creating such a positive environment. One small suggestion is that the seating area for parents is a bit limited. It would also be nice if beginner-level classes were open to slightly older children as well.

Like that it's only 1 day a week, which is nice when trying a new sport. However, I'm not sure how competitive that would be as players grow into their sport. It's been great this time, but would maybe not be enough for a second season of this new sport. The coaches have seemed nice and knowledgable, the people who are facilitating the program are great, too.

I love the organization of the program with text/email reminders along with the app. Everything has gone very smoothly each week and correct expectations set. Our coach, Robbie, has done a phenomenal job each week. Our son has loved every minute of flag football this fall and a lot of that is the coach. I also want to mention that we love Oliver, the referee. We've had him all but 1 game this season and that one game he was definitely missed. We didn't know what to expect with flag football and i9 made it super easy.
