Very organized. Our coach is wonderful and a great communicator. His name is Bailey. It's been a great experience for my granddaughters first time in organized sports. With my sons I have been involved in years of organized sports, and I can say this organization is A+++ Thank you!

My family has been involved with i9 for several years. A majority of our experiences with other coaches have been good. Even the ones that weren't so great, we understand that it's all parent volunteers and they are just trying to give their kids an opportunity to play. We are currently in the 'varsity' volleyball team and play at Upland hs. All of the refs and program directors are amazing! Anelly, Emma, Marilyn (and her sister!) are so so good. Really just the sweetest girls and it shows that they do care for us and our players. Just last week Cordae was the ref for our second game and he helped one of my players when she got overwhelmed and started crying. He was amazing. My only complaint is the location. I know you are contracted with the school and have certain time frames each day and the season needs to be done in a time frame, but instead of trying to squeeze everyone in why not find another location? Half the time we are finding parking a block away. Now soccer is there too and the parking is just terrible. Upland hs also hosts dance troops and it's literally just insane. There are so many schools and parks in the area.

I love that i9 Sports provide such a friendly sport environment for the kids and the family. The fact that the program is no bias of the kids skilled and allowed them to expressed their own knowledge as they played with other players regardless of the other team members experience. I especially really like the practice and game on the same day. This provides the parents and the kids to be able to engaged in sports without any pressures of the need for extra late practices. I especially had a wonderful experience with the help of Justin, i9sports coordinator at Christian Ontario HS location when he without any hesitation, made the transfer for my son from Townsend Middle School to play at the same location with the sister at Ontario Christian HS for many inconvenience reasons I had to encounter if two kids were to play at 2 different locations. So far I really enjoyed having my kids joined Chino Valley i9sports. For sure we will continue. Thank You i9sports.

The atmosphere and organization of this program are superior to those of other organizations. However, one aspect I found concerning was the practice of awarding a medal to only one or two players after each game. I believe this approach is not appropriate for very young children, particularly at the age of three, as they are not yet able to understand or process why they were not selected to receive a medal. For instance, my son was awarded a medal one week, but when he did not receive one the following week, he became extremely upset. Despite my efforts to explain the reasoning behind it, he was unable to accept any justification. He expressed that it felt unfair, especially since he had tried his best and believed he deserved recognition. This experience was not unique to my child; other children who did not receive medals often became visibly upset or cried. In light of this, I believe it would be more beneficial to recognize all players at the end of the season with a medal or trophy. This would foster a more positive experience for all participants and promote sportsmanship, effort, and inclusion
