CoachTy has been doing a wonderful job with the kids. He keeps them engaged, active and my daughter is always looking forward to going back. She played soccer at Fort Family Park but we decided to change to Duval Charter because it is closer. She is excited that she has a coach that makes playing the game fun and she even has kids from her school playing with her.
Hopefully Coach Ty will continue on working with the kids. He is a great coach and we love the playing conditions at Duval Charter more than being at the park.
Our experience with I9 Sports Flag Football Cardinals II, has been absolutely top-notch!
The program is well-organized, fun, and focused on both skill-building and character development.
But what truly sets it apart are the coaches—especially Coach Eddie and Coach Patrick.
These two go above and beyond every week.
They're not just teaching football,
They’re building confidence, sportsmanship, and teamwork in every player.
Their energy is contagious, their patience is admirable, and their passion for helping kids grow is obvious in everything they do.
My child looks forward to every practice and game, and it’s thanks to the positive, supportive environment created by Coach Eddie and Coach Patrick.
They make every player feel seen, valued, and motivated to do their best.
If you're looking for a youth sports program that’s fun, inclusive, and led by amazing role models, I9 Sports—especially with coaches like these—is the way to go!
Parent/Guardians do not think twice to sign-up, do it now.
Information provided to parents and players are clear and complete. The schedule is easy to follow. On game day there is plenty of signage, good referees that keep the pace of the day. The kids have a good time.
Very organized! Website does a great job of updating weekly with ranks.
Not sure if there are any more questions, but older age groups (at least 5th grade and above) needs two refs on every game.
The coach for my grandson is awesome. He takes time to help them understand and learn the skills of the game. Also, makes them understand it's also about listening, following directions and respecting each other. My grandson is 9 years old and this is his 1st year playing and he loves the coach and the game
The coach is amazing, he works so well with the kids and makes sure they're being safe while having fun at the same time. I love that it's about having fun and building skills, NOT about competition.
My son loves that it is more laid back. It’s not just about the win. He loves having the different values to focus on. There’s not as much yelling from parents and coaches he loves that about i9.
