This is a great program, offering year round basketball, we participated in other organizations and other i9 leagues, we live in Gilbert, this league in East Mesa is our only choice moving forward, it’s managed well, organized and has a great inclusive vibe.
Children have the option of requesting to be on the same team as there relatives or friends. Parents have the option of requesting a certain coach. Goodell is always on site ready to fairly defuse any conflict.
Very focused on learning the game and sportsmanship, rather than winning. The officials for the games in Mesa (at Paloma) are exceptional with the kids, I wish I knew their names so I could post them on here.
This is our first season at i9, and I could not be more impressed with how everything is run.
The coaches are awesome. One of my 2 kids in the program is autistic, Coach Silva and Coach Rose have been amazing with patiently helping him learn how to play the game. They are absolutely the reason we keep coming back!
The program welcomes kids at all levels and skill. My 11 yr old had never played football before or knew how to throw or catch. The coach AND his teammates were so helpful & patient!
My son's self esteem grew as well as his confidence in his abilities!
