Many things: The convenience of the sites being nearby, the team sport options available, the emphasis on sportsmanship positivity and fun, and the balance of playing time.
I love that it is giving the children a chance to grow as an athlete. I love the way the game brings everyone together to build a more structured setting for optimal performance growth.
I would love to see more visual aide on football drills & offense/defense plays.
Overall, the position of coaching a flag football program was just the fuel I needed.
Thank you for all that the program has offered.
Coach Zach has been amazing! He is calm and encouraging. He redirects the team well and makes it fun for the kids. Everything is always right one time as well.
I love the fact that practices are before the games because it allows the kids to immediately implement what they were working on and achieve instant gratification from their hard work!
I like that the practices are before the games alleviating additional chaos to an already busy work and school week, I believe the jerseys are high quality, I love that the games are at the same school/location, that the refs check for cleats and shin guards (soccer), the fields are clearly marked, I feel the coaches are set up to be successful, and I am very appreciative that there is an i9 booth/table at every game day.
Hi! Only feedback I would give is more organization for the first game, with the rain issue it almost messed up the first actual game for the kids. If my friend didn’t reach out to someone, we would have missed that game.
The other feedback is I wouldn’t schedule pictures for 3-4 year olds at 8am after a holiday. Our entire team besides a kid or two struggled.
Other than that, I think it is a great program! Love our coaches .
They make coaches take classes before volunteering. They don't put up with heckling, negativity. The referees seem serious about their job. They recognize someone every game with a metal. Good morals, and organization! Thank you.
