I love that the location is consistent- and I think we got so lucky with our coach, Coach Cary! He is such a great coach, encouraging without coddling. He teaches the kids to be tough athletes, strive for their best but have the ability to give themselves grace and be proud of themselves. We enjoy it so much, thank you so much!
Our team ended up with a great coach, I like that most of all. Depending on game time, parking can either be easy or very difficult. Happy to have my son participate, though
The i9 Nike Sports Camp was amazing for my son! He learned new skills and wants to play flag football this fall. Thank you to his coaches Aniston and Maddie!!
I like that I9 develops the values surrounding sports not just the rules of sports. I like that it is local. And I like how easy the process is- sign up, show up, and play.
All inclusive at the younger levels. My kid is pretty neurodiverse and hyperfocused - the coach we have is pretty understanding and doesn't push too hard. We just want him to do his best and try something out of his wheelhouse.
We've seen and noticed with other kids as well, so that a plus.
The ONLY thing we do not like is the fact parents will go on their field with their kids and push them along - that is WAY too confusing for most kids and don't know who to listen to - too distracting.
My son is with coach Jen and just attending two sessions during the practice has made me feel that she is great! Her techniques of explaining to the little ones, her understanding all mattered. I have observed other coaches too and they ll seemed great! My son had great time and I look forward to continuing enrolling him to the next session.
The coaches are absolutely wonderful, my son has always been a little nervous about trying new things and getting out of his shell.
But now he can't wait for Saturdays, he can't stop talking about everything he is learning from his coaches about football.
We appreciate everything you guys do! We absolutely love this opportunity our son has
