Very inclusive environment and welcoming parents. The program has been so much more organized and better value than other sports leagues I have gone through in the past. One of the great policies of your program is that all players get to play equal time. Some players are better than others but in order for a player to advance they need to play. This was my grandsons first year to play basketball and he has grown alot because of your policies and the great coaches. His coach worked with each player and was very encouraging.
